Welcome to Firebot, an AI-native, agentic automation platform designed to automate firewall and network change management safely, compliantly, and at scale
By accessing or using Firebot.AI platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Firebot is an agentic AI platform that replaces manual, script-based firewall operations with a self-healing, intent-driven automation engine. The Service enables enterprises and managed service providers to analyze configurations across multi-vendor environments, design and validate rule changes, execute deployments, perform compliance checks, and maintain audit trails within a unified automated lifecycle. Firebot operates on secure, scalable Azure cloud infrastructure and integrates with IT service management platforms and network vendors to deliver autonomous change management capabilities.
The Service is intended for business use by enterprises, financial institutions, and managed service providers operating multi-vendor firewall and network infrastructures. By using Firebot, you represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms. You agree to use the Service solely for lawful network automation, configuration management, and compliance-related purposes. Unauthorized use, reverse engineering, replication, or misuse of the platform is strictly prohibited.
Firebot operates under a usage-based, pay-per-change SaaS model. Fees are calculated based on executed policy changes and workflow usage, typically ranging between $100 and $500 per policy change depending on scope and agreement. The Service requires no capital expenditure and does not impose long-term lock-in commitments. Customers agree to pay all applicable fees as invoiced under their commercial agreement. Failure to remit payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
Firebot processes infrastructure-related data necessary to perform automated firewall and network change management. This may include configuration data, rule definitions, policy change inputs, network metadata, audit logs, and ITSM workflow information. Data is processed solely to analyze, validate, model, and deploy policy changes, generate audit evidence, and support compliance workflows. Firebot is designed for infrastructure automation and does not intentionally collect consumer-facing personal data. The Service is hosted on secure Azure cloud infrastructure, and customers remain responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection regulations within their jurisdictions.
Firebot is engineered to significantly reduce engineering time, accelerate ticket closures, decrease SLA delays, lower operational costs, and minimize deployment errors. However, while the platform is designed to support near-zero error deployments, no automated system can guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete elimination of risk, or absolute regulatory compliance. Customers retain ultimate responsibility for reviewing high-risk changes, maintaining governance oversight, and ensuring alignment with internal and external compliance requirements.
Firebot includes automated validation mechanisms, compliance checks, audit trail generation, and multi-vendor synchronization capabilities to support secure and accountable change management. The platform leverages cloud-scale infrastructure and secure hosting environments. While Firebot provides advanced automation intelligence and governance support, customers remain responsible for endpoint security, credential protection, and internal access controls.
The Service may integrate with Azure services, Azure OpenAI, ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow and other service management systems, and network vendors including Cisco, HPE/Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Arista. Firebot is not responsible for third-party service disruptions, API changes, or vendor-specific failures outside its operational control.
Firebot, including its AI orchestration engine, automation workflows, software architecture, branding, and related materials, constitutes proprietary intellectual property and remains the exclusive property of Firebot and its parent organization. Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms. No rights are granted beyond those expressly stated.
Firebot may provide beta access, proof-of-concept deployments, or paid pilot programs as part of its growth and innovation initiatives. Such services may be subject to evolving functionality and limited warranties as defined in separate commercial agreements.
Access to the Service may be suspended or terminated for material breach, non-payment, misuse of the platform, or as defined in a governing commercial agreement. Upon termination, access rights cease immediately, and any outstanding fees remain payable.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Firebot shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including network outages, third-party vendor disruptions, or configuration errors resulting from inaccurate customer-provided information. Liability, if any, shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Customer during the preceding billing period.
Firebot reserves the right to modify these Terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the Service following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
